30 Day Returns
We want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure you have the correct size and color information available at the time of purchase.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return items for a refund. Items must be returned as new, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items not in a saleable condition.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item once it is with the courier.
Faulty, Damaged and Incorrectly Supplied Items
For damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied items, please contact our Customer Services team. They will help process your refund or replacement. Do not return faulty or damaged items without contacting us first, as we have dedicated procedures for handling these cases.
Returns can take up to 7 working days to process.
Size Exchange
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, colour, etc., simply return the item and purchase the item you wish to receive.

How to Avoid Returns
- Carefully read the size charts available on all product pages before placing your order. If you can’t locate a size chart, contact us with any questions.
- Colors can appear differently across devices. Monitor settings such as brightness and contrast can affect color accuracy. While we do our best to show accurate colors, slight variation is possible. If there’s a major difference, we’ll do our best to help or arrange a replacement.
- Read your confirmation email immediately after purchase and make sure all details are correct. Contact us right away if anything needs updating.
- Allow adequate time for shipping, especially if ordering for an event, birthday, or special occasion. If we dispatch your order on time (within 3–5 working days), delays from the courier do not qualify for a free return.
- Be careful when opening your package. Do not use scissors or blades, as this could damage the garment. We do not cover replacements for items damaged during unboxing.
- Sometimes, you may notice a faint square around the print area. This is pre-treatment used during printing and ensures print quality. It is not damage and will disappear after one gentle wash at under 30°C. Please follow the wash care instructions included with your order.
