Gift Card Use & Expiration Policy

1. General Use

• Gift cards issued by our e-commerce store may be redeemed exclusively for eligible products available on our website.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced without valid proof of purchase.

2. Redemption

• To redeem a Gift Card, enter the unique gift card code during checkout.
• If your order total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card until it expires, as outlined below.

3. Expiration & Fees

• Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited as permitted by law.
• Gift Cards do not incur any service, inactivity, or maintenance fees.
• Promotional or complimentary Gift Cards may have different expiration dates, which will be stated at the time of issuance.

4. Transfers & Restrictions

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
• Unauthorized resale or misuse of Gift Cards may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Balance Information

• Customers may check their Gift Card balance at any time using the link provided in their confirmation email or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Order Issues & Returns

• If items purchased with a Gift Card are returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit, at our discretion.
• No cash refunds will be issued for purchases made using a Gift Card.

7. Policy Updates

• Our e-commerce store reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will apply to Gift Cards purchased after the effective date of the updated policy.
