Shipping speeds are globally largely back to pre-pandemic levels, but some routes are still slower due to regional difficulties, or new legislations (Some items in and out of the UK are delayed due to Brexit)
Every single order we take has a tracking number provided. This will be sent to you. if you have not received your tracking number, please contact us.
Vinyl Delays and Availability
Vinyl manufacture has been heavily impacted by COVID-19 throughout 2020 and this continues to this date.
We have now fulfilled all pre-orders that we had ever taken for vinyl.
Due to our vinyl distributor being based in the UK, and our warehouses being based in the EU, unfortunately we will not be able to restock any out of stock releases or any new releases to our store, due to complications with moving stock after Brexit. We are however, able to deliver any items that we already have in stock on the website.
To deliver vinyl, we would need to set our prices to what we deem unfair prices for our fans - when you can buy them from other vinyl retailers, or local record stores.

Where is my order?
If you already placed an order with us, you will have received an order confirmation e-mail.
You will receive a second e-mail from us when your order has been processed and dispatched. This will always contain a tracking number.
Only part of my order has arrived!
We ship certain items separately depending on where we have stock in the world, and also whilst trying to ensure we are having the smallest environmental footprint. sometimes its easier to dispatch items separately, rather than creating odd sized packages.
If you have only received part of your order, please check that you dont have a separate tracking number from us for the outstanding parts.
I haven't received an email with order confirmation/haven't been charged!
It is possible that the order confirmation is in your junk mail, so please check! We also use fraud prevention checks on our orders, which require manual approval, this can sometimes delay the orders. If you have placed an order and haven't had an update from us in 2-3 days then please contact us directly and we can look into it.

What is the expected delivery time?
As we ship different products from different locations, to different locations around the world, it's hard to give an exact time, but we are expecting deliveries to take anywhere between 2-3 days, and 3 weeks. When you place an order we will give you an estimated delivery time based on your location, and the location of that product.

What is the returns policy?
Most of our products are handmade to order, and therefore we are unable to accept returns due to errors of sizing, change of heart, or wanting to change the colour of an item.
We will however always offer a full refund, or replacement for any item that is defective, once it has been returned to us for assessment, we will always aim to do this as quickly as possible.
If you would like to return a defective item, please let us know and send it back to the return address on the packaging slip - once its arrived we can offer you the refund or replacement.
