Shipping policy
We ship to most countries around the world. There are a few locations that either due to high levels of fraudulent orders, or high levels of missing parcels, we have removed from our shipping list.
Locations are carefully monitored, and may be added and removed at different times, subject to any ongoing Political, Health, Postal, Environmental - or any other reason that might cause complications with shipping to that location. You will know if you are able to ship to your location if you are able to check out to that address when placing the order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving them, although most will be dispatched sooner. At particularly busy times, or during times of enhanced alert such as due to increased pandemic risks, or other unavoidable complications, this may take longer.
Once the items have left us, we are unable to cancel an order, and if you have a change of heart, you can of course return the item to us, but we cannot refund you until it has been received.
In the unusual circumstance that the item you receive is defective, we will send you a replacement or a refund at your request, upon visual confirmation of the defective item. This could be by photo, or we may request you to send it back to us.
If you need to send anything back to us because we have made a mistake, please take a photo of the receipt of shipping, and we will refund you this cost, so long as a reasonable shipping service has been used. (For example Royal Mail Tracked service)
We would consider sending a £25 product back via a £40 express overnight to be unreasonable, and would instead offer you a part refund of that cost, based on what a suitable service would cost. If you are unsure, please contact us at store@drumcode.se
If the item you have received is not defective, and matches your order - but you would like to return it, we will offer you a refund for the cost of the item once it is received in original condition, but not for the original shipping costs or the return shipping costs.
